“I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Arkansas and my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. I have over 10 years of nursing experience and have been practicing at Our Family Doctor since 2025.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I’m passionate about helping patients feel better, build confidence in their health, and reach their goals.
I enjoy working with patients who are managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I also have a strong interest in nutrition and lifestyle changes, and I love helping patients create simple, realistic habits that lead to lasting results. My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in their care.
I currently live in Dallas with my husband and our golden retriever puppy. In my free time, I enjoy Pilates, traveling, and spending time outdoors!
