Kaylee Roberts, MSN, FNP-BCNurse Practitioner
I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Director at Our Family Doctor, where I have the privilege of caring for patients while also supporting the clinical operations of our practice. I earned my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and began my nursing career at Parkland Health & Hospital System, where I worked in the ICU, including throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. During my time there, I was cross-trained across multiple ICUs as well as the emergency department, which gave me a strong and well-rounded critical care foundation. I went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and joined Our Family Doctor shortly after graduation.
I am especially passionate about caring for patients with complex chronic conditions and helping them navigate their health with a comprehensive, individualized approach. I also enjoy working with patients who are focused on improving their overall wellness, including hormone optimization and medical weight loss, with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term results.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new restaurants, and taking my chocolate lab, Reba, to the park. My husband and I are also excited to be growing our family and are expecting our first baby girl in August 2026.
