The doctor was genuinely concerned and checked on me several times. The medical staff was amazing as well, and I really appreciated that they kept me informed. Thank you for such a great and caring experience.

I felt like I was being listened to and understood by the doctor. He gave me his suggestions but wasn't pushy or be-littling when doing so. The whole staff was very helpful, kind and empathetic. I definitely feel like I made a great decision choosing to have him as my primary care physician and look forward to future appointments with this facility.

Absolutely everyone I came in contact with (front desk, aide, PA, pleb) were at the top of their game professionally. This is an office with high touch who treats each person with kindness and respect. I've never had an experience where this was the culture of the entire office. I've met nice people in other offices but Dr. Taylor's associates are at the top of their game; excellence in action.

I was seen by the NP Misty who was wonderful. As I was leaving Dr. Taylor walked through the reception area on his way to another room. He stopped an introduced himself to me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. I have never had a doctor stop in the reception area to introduce himself much less shake my hand. I think I'm going to like this office just fine.

This was my first time seeing him and though there was a bit of a wait, I figured out that it was because he takes his time with all his patients. He is very knowledgeable and I value a doctor that listens to me and cares enough to take the time to carefully answer my questions. He also seems like a humble guy, something I value in a doctor.

We moved recently to this state and had a hard time finding a doctor in our area. Our insurance is good but many doctor offices only have so many 'slots' for Tricare patients. I had no problem getting an appointment, came in early to fill out any forms but they have most of the forms online so it was no time at all. The waiting room was clean, comfortable chairs, not overcrowded with patients. I was checked in a bit earlier than my 930 appointment, nurse was nice, the view in the exam room on the 2nd floor is pleasant. Yes I do look at the view, if its harsh that really isn't a good place to be, especially th last experience at another doctor's office it was a parking lot and busy traffic. Dr Taylor was a very personable gentleman, he was talkative, gave me the advice most doctors give and seemed very nice. I had no problems just a meet and greet. He does have online blood test results you don't have to wait for them in snail mail. Will see him again in 6 months for routine visit.

I've been a patient of Dr. Taylor since he was with Dr. Duane Hinshaw for his residency. When Dr. Taylor opened his practice, we didn't even consider another choice. We moved with him! He takes the time to listen, not just hear what you're saying. He believes we know our bodies best and a doctor should listen to what a patient is telling him.
